skiing. Grocery six minutes, restaurants five to ten, 
hospital seven. 
Le Highland is sold turnkey: furnished, equipped, linens 
and kitchenware included -- you arrive with groceries and 
nothing else. It's registered as a tourist accommodation 
establishment with an active number, has hosted guests 
since it opened, and carries a 4.9-star rating, with repeat 
guests among them. If you want a cottage and would like the 
weeks you're not using to contribute to the mortgage, the 
permits, furnishings, photography and listing history are 
already done.
